Yesterday, stage 2 of the Coupe de France N1 in Leval showed what racing as a team truly means.

From the start of the race, Yuliia, Justine, Lola, Anaïs and Coralie took responsibility: they attacked, created movement, took the initiative and worked to put the team in the best possible position.

Anaïs and Coralie gave a lot in the first part of the race, and paid for their efforts later on. Their result doesn't tell the whole story: they dared, worked and spent their energy in the service of the team.

Justine also put in a great team effort. Very active despite the efforts made, she managed to stay in the race and go for a fine 35th place.

Yuliia was fully part of this attacking effort, helping to animate the race and defend the Team's interests.

All this work allowed Cynthia Boivinet to stay well placed and to convert the team's effort into a 16th place on this second stage.

This 16th place rewards Cynthia, but above all it tells the story of a whole team's work. There are those who attack. Those who spend their energy. Those who sacrifice themselves. Those who hold on. And the one who, at the finish, turns the collective work into a result.

Well done Yuliia, well done Justine, well done Anaïs, well done Coralie, well done Cynthia. This is the mindset we want: to dare, to work for one another and to put the collective before individuals. An individual result can carry the work of a whole team.
